CyberHub Kenya provides:

  • High-quality printing and photocopy services

  • Graphic design and branding

  • Internet café access

  • Document processing (scanning, typesetting, CV design, etc.)

  • Computer maintenance and support

  • Digital marketing support and business services

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders or making service requests

  • Use internet and computer resources responsibly and lawfully

  • Respect copyright and intellectual property rights when printing or designing

  • Pay for services as per agreed rates or quotations

  • Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are provided upfront and are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required before the delivery of completed services, unless otherwise agreed.

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered or a file has been printed, unless due to an error on our part.

4. Turnaround Times

  • We aim to meet all agreed deadlines; however, turnaround times may vary based on project complexity or workload.

  • Urgent jobs may attract a priority or express service fee.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All original designs created by CyberHub Kenya remain the intellectual property of the company unless transferred in writing.

  • Clients must ensure they have rights or permission to use third-party content submitted for printing or design.

6. Internet Usage

  • Our internet café and Wi-Fi services are intended for lawful, respectful browsing only.

  • Activities such as hacking, downloading pirated content, or accessing harmful content are strictly prohibited.

  • Users may be monitored for security purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyberHub Kenya is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage arising from delays, file corruption, or misuse of services

  • Data loss from damaged or infected devices

  • Misprints due to customer-submitted errors
